Nani Kai Hale is a small condominium complex located on Sugar Beach in Kihei.  The resort consists of 6 floors and its amenities include a heated oceanfront swimming pool and BBQ.

The 1 and 2 bedroom units have a lanai (patio), fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, most units have air conditioning, ceiling fans, color cable TV,  and central laundry facilities.

This property is in a good location on Sugar Beach and is suitable for couples and families.  Restaurants and shopping close by.
